These terms apply to your use of fancydock.com, published by FancyDock from Perth, Western Australia. By reading the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
1. What this site is
FancyDock is an independent editorial project. We install free candy, fruit and confectionery match-3 puzzle games from Google Play on ordinary Android handsets, play them, and publish our notes. Every verdict, ranking and description on this site is the editorial opinion of the desk, formed at a particular moment on particular hardware. Your experience may reasonably differ.
2. What this site is not
- We do not develop, publish, host, sell or distribute any game. Installation happens through Google Play under Google’s own terms.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC or by any of the studios named on this site.
- We carry no advertising banners, run no pop-ups and sell no placements. No studio has paid, in any form, to appear on the dock, to be ranked in a particular position or to have wording changed.
- There is no affiliate or referral arrangement behind the Google Play links, and we add no tracking parameters of our own to them.
3. Ratings and figures
Star ratings and rating counts shown beside each title are copied from that game’s Google Play listing, read in the Australian store in English, on 18 August 2026. Those figures change continuously as more people rate a game. Treat ours as a dated snapshot; the store listing is always the authoritative source. If you spot a figure that no longer matches, write to studio@fancydock.com and we will check and correct it.
4. Player comments
The Reviews section reproduces comments published by players on the games’ own Google Play pages. Author names appear as Google Play displays them. Comments may be shortened for length; we do not alter their meaning, and spelling remains as written. Those comments are the views of the people who wrote them and not of FancyDock.
5. Free and Plus
All editorial content on this site is free to read and requires no account. The Plus reader membership described on the home page is priced at A$4.90 per month but is not yet operating: there is no checkout, no payment page and no card details are collected anywhere on this site, and no amount is charged to anyone. Submitting the interest form places you under no obligation and creates no contract for a paid service. When Plus becomes available we will publish its terms in full and contact the people on the list first.
6. Intellectual property
Game titles, icons, screenshots, characters and trade marks belong to their respective developers and rights holders, and appear here for the purpose of review and identification. The editorial text, page structure, layout and visual design of this site belong to FancyDock. All imagery on this site comes from the Google Play listings of the games we cover; we use no stock photography. You may quote a short passage of our text with a clear credit and a link; wholesale copying is not permitted.
7. Links to other sites
Links to Google Play and to other external pages are provided for convenience. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your information.
8. Availability and liability
We make a genuine effort to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability may lawfully be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant content. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any game you find through it.
9. Suitability
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 15 years of age. The games themselves carry their own Google Play content ratings, which you should check before installing for a younger player. Google Play’s family settings allow installs and purchases to be restricted on a shared device.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and of the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. If you have a consumer complaint you may also contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au or the consumer protection service of your own state or territory.
11. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms; the current version and its date always sit at the top of this page. Questions, corrections and complaints go to studio@fancydock.com.
